All the products shown on our website are available, subject to restriction due to some special materials and applicable to some countries of dispatch. 5. CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM THATWS NOT IN STOCK?
yes, the option to pre-order will appear on the product page if it's available for that item. a pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for shipment but will be soon. an estimated ship date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. note that because these dates are estimations, they can sometimes change. if you have a question regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team can assist you.
mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. orders consisting of pre-order items with different expected ship dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
6. DOES THE LIOR SCHWARTZMAN ONLINE STORE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

8. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

10. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Orders'.
11. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
The items presented are packaged and delivered with an external Havana cardboard box. All of our Jewellery pieces will come packaged with a LIOR SCHWARTZMAN pouch with a gift box and ribbon. Limited edition jewellery items may have alternative packaging which will be stated in the product details.

When using our site, it is recommended that you should select your country from the list of shipping destinations. This will ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed when you browse our site.
BILLING AND SHIPPING
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

After you complete the billing details, you will find in the ‘Order Summary’ a summary of the items you are purchasing and the order total. Click on 'Submit Order' to complete the checkout.
Once the checkout is completed, in 'Your Order Confirmation' page you will find all the details regarding your order, including billing and shipping address, shipping and payment method selected, a summary of your order and the total amount. You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number that you can use to track your order in ‘My Account’. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item(s) have been sent.

2. CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order or ‘change your mind’ on orders purchased on our site, provided you give written notice via email to our Customer Service team within 14 days of your item being delivered. i) For orders cancelled prior to shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days of the acceptance of the request. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancelling the purchase and receiving a refund is possible on condition that the item was mailed to us within 2 business days from the day it was received. All you have to do is mail the item via registered mail, and email its tracking number to email@example.com
If we see that the item has been mailed to us within two days of being received, we shall refund you the full sum with no additional cost! (Even if the item takes a month to arrive here). What matters is when it was sent to us, not when it arrived here. (We are able to track its progress by the tracking number which you emailed to us). Additional option is bringing it directly to the warehouse at Kfar Chabad, by a prior appointment only, please dial 050-5886418 to arrange a time.
