1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping the LIOR SCHWARTZMAN Online Store is easy: if you know what you are looking for, use the specific category links, Once you have found an item, select your size and color and use the 'ADD TO BAG' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping Bag' link at the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag, you can directly edit product details (color, sizes and quantities), remove them in case you’ve changed your mind or add products to your Wish List. Click on 'Checkout' to complete your order.

after placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. if it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received an email, please contact customer care.

once an order has been confirmed, it is typically not possible to modify the details or cancel. please contact our customer care team for assistance in these cases.

as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number.

2. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

LIOR SCHWARTZMAN sizes vary from label to label, we recommend checking the 'Size Guide' link which can be found on the product pages underneath the size selector. If you are still unsure and would like to discuss our sizing with a member of our team, please contact our Customer Service using one of the contact methods provided in the section Contact Us.

 

3. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All the products shown on our website are available, subject to restriction due to some special materials and applicable to some countries of dispatch. For the products not readily available, a pre-order service is available, which is marked with a special label on the product page. For more information on pre-order, click here.

 

4. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT THE LIOR SCHWARTZMAN ONLINE STORE?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. For further details, please see the Privacy Policy SECTION.

 

5. CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM THATWS NOT IN STOCK?

yes, the option to pre-order will appear on the product page if it's available for that item. a pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for shipment but will be soon. an estimated ship date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. note that because these dates are estimations, they can sometimes change. if you have a question regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team can assist you.

 

mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. orders consisting of pre-order items with different expected ship dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

6. DOES THE LIOR SCHWARTZMAN ONLINE STORE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

7. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH DELIVERY WILL COST?

8. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

 

9. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MasterCard Debit, Visa  and Paypal.

 

10. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Orders'.

 

11. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?

The items presented are packaged and delivered with an external Havana cardboard box. All of our Jewellery pieces will come packaged with a LIOR SCHWARTZMAN pouch with a gift box and ribbon. Limited edition jewellery items may have alternative packaging which will be stated in the product details.

 

 

12. WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We will refund any unworn items within 14 working days from the date of delivery with the exception of earrings, underwear and perfume. We would like to ask that you return all items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shoe boxes must be protected and returned back to us in an undamaged state, damage to the box may deem the item non-refundable. For further details, please visit our PRIVACY POLICY section.

13. HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I AM BUYING IS GENUINE?

We are the official online store for Vivienne Westwood and therefore are part of the Lior Schwartzman Group. We guarantee that all items sold on our site are authentic Lior Schwartzman products. We may not stock every item in the Lior Schwartzman collection, in this case you may wish to make a purchase through another online retailer.
