RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY


Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded in case of return.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS
 

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached

 

• Merchandise must be returned in one package

 

• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)

 

• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)

 

• Customised items cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
 

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

 

• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made

 

• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase

 

• The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account

 

• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued

 

• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

 

• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.

 

• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher

 

REPEAL POLICY

REPEAL OF PURCHASE BY WAY OF RETURN

  • Canceling the purchase and receiving a refund is possible on the condition that the item was mailed to us within 2 business days from the day it was received. All you have to do is mail the item via registered mail, and email its tracking number to info@liorschwartzman.com

  • If we see that the item has been mailed to us within two days of being received, we shall refund you the full sum with no additional cost! (Even if the item takes a month to arrive here). What matters is when it was sent to us, not when it arrived here. (We are able to track its progress by the tracking number which you emailed to us).

  • ** You can receive an exchange voucher if the items were returned within 14 business days from the day when you received them, and no later.

  • ** Items purchased as a part of a sale deal may be returned within four business days, and no later.

  • ** We offer a warranty for damaged items and will exchange them immediately for an intact one.
